Due to the scope and subject matter of its activities, the operator is not obliged to designate a responsible person pursuant to Section 44 of the Act. Purposes and legal bases for processing personal data

We only process your personal data if you have consented to our privacy policy for the following purposes:

order processing for the purchase of services – in this case we process the following personal data: name and surname, e-mail address and telephone number,

complaint handling – in this case we process the following personal data: name and surname, e-mail address and telephone number,

billing – in this case we process the following personal data: name and surname, e-mail address and telephone number,

marketing – in this case we process the following personal data: first and last name, email address and phone number, IP address, cookies.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, i.e. the data subject has consented to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes.

Retention period of personal data

We process your personal data exclusively for the necessary period of time, which is the time of processing your order for the purchase of services. We keep your personal data for a maximum of three years after the end of the contractual relationship. If we process your personal data on the basis of your consent to these terms and conditions, we will process this data until its withdrawal at the latest.

Rights of the data subject

We care about the protection of your personal data and therefore strive for strong security through individual, modern technical and organizational security measures, as well as through the possibility to exercise your rights as a data subject under the GDPR at any time via your electronically sent request to our email address info@skautly.com.

In relation to the processing of your personal data, you have (i) the right of access (Article 15 GDPR), (ii) the right to rectification (Article 16 GDPR), (iii) the right to erasure (Article 17 GDPR), (iv) the right to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR), (v) the right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR), (vi) the right to object to the processing of your personal data (Article 21 GDPR); and (vii) the right to challenge a controller’s decision based on automated processing of your personal data, which is coupled with the right to express your point of view on that decision and to request us to review such decision with human intervention (Article 22 GDPR), where your personal data will be processed by automated means.

As a data subject, you also have the right to lodge a complaint at any time with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (more information can be found on the website www.dataprotection.gov.sk.

Any request for the exercise of the data subject’s rights under the GDPR may also be exercised on the basis of a written and handwritten request sent to the address of the controller.

Each request for the exercise of a data subject’s right that we receive will be individually
and competently assessed, and we will always inform you of the result within one calendar month of receipt of your request at the latest.

The process of processing your request related to the exercise of your right as a data subject under the GDPR is free of charge. Should we fail to process your request to exercise your data subject right in accordance with the GDPR, you have the option of lodging a complaint with the supervisory authority(www.dataprotection.gov.sk) or seeking a judicial remedy directly with the competent court.

Transfer of personal data to third parties

When processing your personal data, we may also use the services of vetted and contracted external business partners to help us process and protect your

personal data. These are so-called recipients and processors who develop and maintain systems for us that are functional and secure or supply us with the necessary software solutions or other services that are necessary for part of the processing of your personal data for the purposes set out above.

Transfer of personal data to third countries

We transfer your personal data to third countries solely for the purpose of processing in the internal CRM system of the Microsoft 365 provider, which is not accessible to third parties outside of our internal employees and co-owners.

Temporal validity of the conditions

We review and update this Privacy Policy periodically, and the most current version of the Privacy Policy posted on our website is always in effect.
